Q: my best friend has an eating disorder. i want to help her but i dont know how. she says shes Fine but thats wrOng. she is dying inside. she says its only a phase and she don't want to go to a therapist. she is for the next Ten month in america and i'm afraid that she'll lose many weight in this Time. please help us
If you think this can cause serious harm to her, I would recommend telling her parents if they don’t know and get them to try and help her get the help you need. Some things you can control, and this isn’t something she has to battle alone. Just make sure she knows you’re there for her and you love her
