hmm, well everyone is really different so it depends on the person. First identify their personality. Usually there’s always shy and quiet, shy and quiet then you get to know them and they turn crazy, and just plain crazy outgoing haha. So the outgoing ones are usually easy, either they act really shy just around YOU, or they turn really touchy feely laughing all the time, once again depends. The ones they are out going once they get to know you will probably flirt the same, if you are friends/know them well. Now the shy ones are hard, you may catch them staring, but they will QUICKLY avert eye contact, they may stutter, blush, mumble, or just be plain awkward. Their body language will probably be interested, but they don’t want to seem like in your face annoying. REMEMBER, everyone is different and flirt differently with different people, this is just my experience, haha
