Q: i struggle with my self-esteem and i an really self conscious and i care about what other people think about me , at home im fine and seem really happy but as soon as i out in public i feel intimidated and uncomortable around every one , because i haven't really been going to parties and social events my friends think im pushing them all away and i dont know what to do about it all , opinion??
I know what it’s like to have low self esteem because I struggle from that too. I know how you feel, but this is what I always tell myself. People will always judge you, whether it’s good or bad, so you might as well do what you want because if you do what YOU want, then at least one person, the most important person, will be happy. YOU
